Section 258(1)(g) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959

(g)cause or suffer to be discharged into any drain, carbide of calcium or any such crude petroleum, any such oil made from petroleum, coal, shale or bituminous substances, or such product of petroleum or mixture containing petroleum as gives off under test an inflammable vapor at a temperature of less than seventy-three degrees Fahrenheit.
