Section 13 in The Petroleum And Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition Of Right Of User In Land) Act, 1962
13. Protection of action taken in good faith.—
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or notification made or issued thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the competent authority or any State Government, or Corporation for any damage, loss or injury caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or notification made or issued thereunder.
