(b)Cases under the Calcutta Police Act, 1866 (Bengal Act IV of 1866), Calcutta Suburban Police Act, 1866 (Bengal Act II of 1866), the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (IV of 1939), the Calcutta Hackney Carriage Act, 1919 (Bengal Act I of 1919), West Bengal Gambling and Prize Competitions Act, 1957 (W.B. Act XXXII of 1957), and other local Acts shall be entered in this register.
