307. Prohibition for employment of persons convicted of certain offences by licensed manufacturers and wholesale dealers.
- No licensed manufacturer or wholesale dealer of any intoxicant shall employ or permit to be employed in his licensed premises any person who has been convicted of a non-bailable offence or of an offence under the Excise, NDPS Act except with the permission of the Collector.
