Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
(1)Any person aggrieved by [the decision or order of the authorised officer under section 3-A or section 3-B or section 4 or section 15-A] may, within such period as may be prescribed, appeal to the District Collector or such officer as may be specified by the Government in this behalf.
