The following were present Appellant: Mr. Nitesh Kumar Tripathi on telephone; Respondent: Mr. G. Mani, PIO & Chief Accounts Officer on video conference from NIC-Pouducherry Studio;
The Appellant states that as regards query-1 the PIO has stated that it is not in possession of the said case. The appellant states that he has a copy of the said case which he will send to the PIO before 15 June 2012 based on this the PIO will provide information available on the records to the Appellant before 05 July 2012.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the information as directed above to the Appellant before 05 July 2012.
