Section 13 in First Statutes of the Rai University

13. Authorities of University.

- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(a)The Governing Body;

(b)The Board of Management;

(c)The Academic Council; and

(d)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Governing Body to be the authorities of the University.
