4D. Registration of Direct-To-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service Provider.
- Every Direct-To-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service Provider shall get himself registered with such authority and in such manner, as may be prescribed and the application for registration shall be accompanied by a registration fee of Rupees one thousand. The registration shall be for a period of one year and shall be renewed annually.
