4. Time and place of sitting of Board.
(1)The Board may as far as possible hold its sitting in the premises of an Observation Homes or any other suitable place on such days and at such time as may be fixed by the Board from time to time.(2)The Board shall hold its sittings preferably on all working days in a week.
