Section 10(2) in The Punjab Prevention of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1976
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or deemed to have been done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any order made thereunder.
