46. Notice of meeting and list of business.
- A list of the business to be transacted at every meeting of the Corporation except at an adjourned meeting shall be sent by the Chief Executive Officer to the registered address of each member of the Corporation at least seventy-two hours before the time fixed for such meeting; and no business shall be brought before, or transacted at, any meeting other than the business of which notice has been so given:Provided that any member of the Corporation may send or deliver to the Chief Executive Officer notice of any resolution so as to reach him at least seventy-two hours before the time fixed for the meeting and the Chief Executive Officer shall with all possible dispatch take steps to circulate such resolution to every member of the Corporation in such manner as. he may think fit.Explanation. - In this section, "registered address" means the address for the time being entered in the register of addresses of members of the Corporation to be maintained by the Secretary.
