IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA
                                          CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 6637 OF 2015

                         THE CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER
STATE BANK OF INDIA & ANR. Appellant(s)

                                                        VERSUS

                         V RAMA RAO Respondent(s)

                                                     O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the appellants elaborately argued the matter with full vehemence, however, we are not convinced. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we do not want to upset the findings recorded by the High Court, moreover, in view of the fact that the respondent has attained the age of superannuation long back. The civil appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
