Section 6(2)(i) in The Delhi Minimum Wages Rules, 1950

(i)The Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Committee, or the Board as the case may be. He may attend the meeting of such Committee, or Board but shall not be entitled to vote at such meeting.
