8. Managing Committee in respect of provincialised Pre-Senior Madrassa.
- The constitution, composition, powers, functions and duties of the Managing Committee inrespect of Pre-Senior Madrassa shall be governed by the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and the rules framed thereunder.
