Section 35 - The first joint inspection of the alignment of a canal system before it is constructed shall be made by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Irrigation) and either the revenue officer deputed to deal with proceeding for the acquisition of land required for the construction of the canal system or a revenue officer deputed by the Collector.
