Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 submits that with respect to judgment dated 2nd May, 2022, passed in CWP No. 365 of 2016, titled Sulekha Sharma vs. State of H.P. & others, LPA No. 184 of 2022, titled Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust & others vs. Sulekha Sharma & another, has been preferred.

2. Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 submits that in the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal, amount recovered from the petitioner has been deposited in the Appellate Court. Further, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 submits that no recovery has been effected from the present petitioner after .

passing of judgment by the learned Single Judge on 02.05.2022.

3. Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 has brought to the notice of this Court order dated 06.03.2023, wherein a sum of Rs. Ten lacs has been withdrawn from the amount deposited by of respondents No. 2 & 3 in the appeal preferred by them by the present petitioner before the Appellate Court. Hence nothing rt survives for adjudication, in the present petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
