Section 213(213) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
213.1Every enrolled member of the Force submitting an appeal shall do so separatelyand in his own name. An appeal forwarded through or counter-signed by a legalpractitioner or a defence counsel on a "friend" shall not be entertained and the sameshall be returned to the appellant with the direction to submit it directly and under hissignature.
