156. Inspection of Registry
.-(a) The Registrar or the Deputy Registrar designated by him shall conduct inspection of the sections twice a year, viz., for the period from 1st January to 30th June and 1st July to 31st December, on such date as may be found convenient.(b)The report of inspection of the Judicial Branch, Library, Administrative Branch and Record Room shall be as in Schedules I to IV to Appendix IX, as may be modified by the Chairman from time to time.(c)The Section Officer concerned shall promptly comply with the directions of the Registrar and submit a report about due compliance to the Registrar within such time as the Registrar may grant.(d)The Registrar shall submit a report to the Chairman/Vice-Chairman containing brief summary of his inspection of the Registry, directions given by him to the sections and the steps taken for due compliance with such directions.
