Section 49(1) in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements for constituting the Executive Council and such other authorities of the University within six months from the commencement of the Act or such longer period not exceeding one year as the Government may, by notification, direct.
