Section 4(ii) in The Bihar Fish Jalkar Management Act, 2006
(ii)The Reserve Deposit Fixation Committee will fix the Government selling price of different types of agua-product, after every five years evaluating the data of the market selling rate of different types of aqua-product placed by the District Fisheries Officer.
