Section 23(7) in The U.P. Harcourt Butler Technical University Act, 2016
(7)The Dean of School of Chemical Technology shall be responsible for the general administration and functioning of the University Technology departments including Plastic Technology, Paint Technology, Oil Technology, Bio-Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Leather Technology, and Chemical Engineering or any other department as the University may think fit.
