Section 9(1) in The M.P. Zila Panchayats (Accounts) Rules, 1999
(1)A receipt in Form No. ZP-1 shall be given for all the money received by the Zila Panchayat. The receipt shall be signed by the Chief Executive Officer or such other officers as may be authorised by him.
