19. Grant of permission.
- On receipt of the application for permission together with the certificates referred to in rule 17 and after satisfying himself, the licensing authority may issue to the applicant a permission under section 7 in Form E or refuse to issue such a permission. The licensing authority, may also impose any special conditions to be fulfilled in the permission. A copy of the plans and drawings referred to in rule 15 shall be attached to the permission. A copy of the order shall be communicated to the applicant and to the persons, if any, who have filed objections before the licensing authority.Licence
