Section 23(ii) in The Orissa State Electricity Board Employee's Provident Fund Rules, 1965
(ii)The Trustee shall have power to employ any person or persons (including any one or more of them) to do any Secretarial, Legal Accountancy or other work which they may consider necessary or expedient in connection with the management of the Fund or the Funds, to pay thereof in addition to all other proper disbursements, all ordinary and reasonable charges.
