Section 6(5)(i) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006

(i)In case the holder of a no objection certificate desires to transfer or assign the certificate to some other person or persons, a joint application by him and the person or persons shall be made in 'Form-M' to the licensing authority setting forth the reasons for the proposed transfer or assignment before the period of expiry of validity of the no objection certificate;
