Section 9 in The Orissa Apartment Ownership Act, 1982
9. Certain actions prohibited.
- No apartment owner shall do any work which would be prejudicial to the soundness or safety of the property or would reduce the value thereof or impair any easement or hereditament nor shall add any material structure or excavate any additional basement or cellar without the prior consent of all the other apartment owners.
