27. Extension.
- An Agricultural Extension Education Programme shall be established in every University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, make useful information, based upon the findings of research, available to the farmers and others including extension agencies of the State Government and Voluntary Organisations to help and solve their problems. It shall conduct demonstrations and training programmes for the benefit of students and farmers. Extension Education shall be co-ordinated with the other functions of a University and other appropriate agencies of the State.
