7. Transmission and Wheeling Charge.
- The Inter State Transmission charges shall be estimated as per orders of the CERC.The Intra State Transmission and wheeling charge shall be estimated as per regulations of the JSERC.7.1Employee costs. - 7.1 The increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) shall be price indexed.7.2The Commission shall follow a process of benchmarking, comparing performance of the Petitioner over a period of time and with respect to its counterparts in other States.7.3The employee productivity (employee cost per unit of sale or any other indicator) shall be brought up to the all India average within a span of years that would be determined by the Commission separately.
