Section 4A(4)(ii) in Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-Notified Tribes, (Vimukta Jatis) Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of issuance and verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000

(ii)"professional course" means the educational course of study notified as professional course under the provisions of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 or any other law for the time being in force;
