Section 78 in Nagaland Excise Rules

78. Casks in which spirit is imported to be marked.

- On each cask or other vessel containing spirit there shall be legibly painted the-

(1)name of the exporting distillery or warehouse,

(2)number of the cask or drum,

(3)quantity and strength contained in the cask, and

(4)capacity of the cask.
