41D. Functions of Wards Committee.―
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, a Wards Committee shall exercise the powers and perform the functions as may be determined from time to time by the Corporation by resolution.(2)When any question arises as to whether any matter falls within the purview of the Wards Committee or the Corporation, it shall be referred to the Corporation and its decision thereon shall be final.
