- The Chairman shall have power to order any urgent enquiry in respect of any matter connected with the administration of any wakf under the Board and for that purpose he may by general or special order authorise the Secretary or any member of the Board or its officers or servants to enter into such property or office and the finding of such enquiry shall be placed by the Chairman at the meeting of the Board.
