Section 14(1) in Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978
(1)The Agency may get special schemes prepared for construction of irrigation channels, drainage, land levelling, land shaping and development of construction of any basic structures prepared for blocks of land within its area.
