Section 21(18) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(18)Where the cost and charges incurred in connection with attachment and sale of movable property or the attachment and sale or sale without attachment of immovable property under this rule, exceeds the amount of the cost deposited by the decree-holder under sub-rule (1) such excess shall be deducted from the sale proceeds of the property sold or the moneys paid by defaulter, as the case may be, and the balance shall be made available to the decree-holder.
