Section 65(2) in Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914
(2)Except as declared in sub-section (1), or as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the [limitation Act, 1963] [Inserted by Bihar Public Demands Recovery (Amendment) Act, 1982 (46 of 1982).], shall apply to all proceedings under this Act as if a certificate filed hereunder were decree of a Civil Court.
