(2)In case of urgency, whenever it appears to the State Government that the land is required for temporary occupation by the Highway Authority, it may direct the Collector to procure the occupation and use of the same for the Highway Authority as per provisions contained in Sections 35, 36 and 37 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894).
