Section 1 in The U.P. State Council Of Higher Education Act, 1995
1. Short title, commencement and application. -
(1)This Act may becalled the Uttar Pradesh State Council of Higher Education Act, 1995.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 25,1995.(3)It shall apply to all the Universities and Colleges to which the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973 applies.
