Section 9(1) in Bihar Gram Panchayat (Appointment of Secretary, Rights and Duties) Rules, 2011
(1)The Panchayat Sewak (as a Gram Panchayat Secretary) brought under the control of the Gram Panchayat shall be a state employee.The matters related to their services shall be disposed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant service Rules.
