Subject to the provisions of rule 60 a package containing a dead body or human remains or ashes of cremated remains, which is in transit through India, shall not be subjected to any restrictions if it has been packed and sealed in the manner prescribed in rule 64 or in a manner which, in the opinion of the Health Officer, is considered to be equally satisfactory.
