20. Protection of section taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the Controller, the Seeds Inspector, the Seeds Analyst or an officer or employee of the State Government for anything which is done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder.
