Section 17C(2) in The Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal And Other Manual Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Welfare) Act, 1969
(2)Every appeal shall be made within thirty days from the date of the conviction, acquittal or sentence, as case may be:Provided that, the Industrial Court may, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, allow an appeal after the expiry of the said period.
