66. Appeal against assessment.
- Any assessee having any objection to such assessment may appeal to the Sub-Divisional Officer if tax has been levied by a Panchayat, to the Collector if tax has been levied by a Panchayat Samiti and to the Divisional Commissioner if tax has been levied by Zila Parishad in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 71 of the Act.
