102O. Budget.
(1)The Board shall prepare each year in such form and within such time, as may be prescribed, a budget in respect of the ensuing financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and shall forward a copy of the same to State Government for approval.(2)The State Government may accord such approval and make such additions, alterations, and modifications thereon as it thinks fit.
