Section 69(vi) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(vi)Study leave shall be admissible to a teacher ordinarily upto a maximum period of 3 years only during his entire period of service in the University, provided that in the case of a teacher who wishes to go on study leave for Post doctoral, or other special research work for a period not. exceeding six months at the time the total period of study leave taken during the entire period of his service in the University shall not exceed five years.
