Section 11(1) in The U.P. Recognised Basic Schools (Junior High Schools) (Recruitment And Conditions Of Service Of Ministerial Staff And Group 'D' Employees) Rules, 1984
(1)No candidate shall be appointed unless he is in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties.
