6. Constitution of the territorial constituencies of a Zila Parishad.
- The territorial constituencies of a Zila Parishad shall be constituted in such a manner that -(i)All the territorial constituencies of the Zila Parishad are covered under the area of Zila Parishad concerned;(ii)Each of the territorial constituencies of the Zila Parishad is covered under the area of the specified Panchayat Samiti; and(iii)In any circumstances the territorial constituency of the Panchayat Samiti must not be spilitted due to the constitution of territorial constituencies of the Zila Parishad.
