Section 171B(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)The Collector shall, subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), direct the Land Management Committee to let out the land which shall in letting out the land to an asami under Section 187-A, act in accordance with the provisions of Section 198 and the rules made thereunder.
