10. Possession of arms or ammunition for certain purposes to include use thereof
.Possession of the following arms or ammunition for the purposes mentioned against each includes use thereof, for such purposes only provided that such use does not involve manufacture of anyarms or ammunition (including explosives and fireworks):(a)arms, for theatrical performance, cinematograph production or signalling for starting races or athletic meets;(b)ingredients of ammunition, for bona fide industrial, agricultural or medicinal purposes.
