Section 81(1) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(1)The cinematograph machine shall be placed on firm supports of fire-resisting construction, and it shall be provided with a metal shutter between the film gate and the source of light. The shutter shall automatically drop in the event of any accident to the cinematograph machine, or stoppage of the film, and shall automatically rise when the film is in motion for the purpose of projection.
