Section 593(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)No person,who is suffering from an infectious disease shall, -(a)without proper precautions against spreading such disease, cause or suffer himself to be carried in a public conveyance; or(b)cause or suffer himself to be carried in a public conveyance in contravention of the provisions of Section 591.
